SEBI vide its circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 read with circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/158 dated September 26, 2023 and SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2023/181 dated November 17, 2023 has mandated the furnishing of PAN, postal address with PIN, mobile number, e-mail id, bank account details, Nomination details/Opt-out declaration, and specimen signature by all holders of physical shares.

All holders of physical shares are requested to submit aforesaid documents along with prescribed forms to our RTA – Mas Services Limited at T-34, 2nd Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi - 110 020, Email ID: investors@masserv.com.

Any service requests or complaints received from such holder(s) / claimant(s), shall not be processed till PAN, KYC and Nomination documents/details are received.
